Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade from your client area at any time. RAM and disk are adjusted without any data loss.
Do the displayed prices include VAT?
RMDCGames is currently under the French VAT exemption scheme (franchise en base de TVA): displayed prices are net, with no VAT to add.
Can I try before committing?
A refund is available within 48 hours of ordering, no justification needed.
Will my server lag if other customers are active on the same node?
No: RAM is never oversold. What you pay for is reserved for you, even if other servers on the node are under full load.
Can I install any plugin or mod?
Yes, as long as it comes from an official source (SpigotMC, Modrinth, CurseForge, Hangar). See the "Installing a plugin" guide.
Does a custom domain cost extra?
No, it's included for free regardless of your plan — only buying the domain name itself, elsewhere, is on you.
What happens if I don't pay my invoice?
A reminder sequence runs before any suspension or termination — see the Terms of Sale for exact timelines.
Can I give other people access to my server?
Yes, via the panel's sub-users, with precise permissions per person — no need to share your password.
Where are my backups stored?
On storage separate from your server, encrypted. See the "Backups" guide for restoring.
Is the server really available at all times?
Real uptime is published on our public status page, hosted independently from our main infrastructure — not a badge with nothing behind it.
